Both 2010 trips: To help plan future trips we would welcome parent's feedback on the February trip - see bottom of this page.

Ski helmets: The cost of this year's trips includes the hire of a helmet. We will organise the hire of the helmets (you do not need to do anything) but if you have your own helmet a £10 discount is available on the final deposit.
It is likely that ski helmets will be made compulsory this season for all children under the age of 14 skiing in at least parts of Austria. Even if this does not happen, we have been advised that not doing so may cause extra problems if an insurance claim has to be made.

Collective passport: We include all participants, who are eligible, on a collective passport to avoid any problems with individual passports (eg. expired, lost or stolen). To be eligible the student needs to have a parent with a passport or have their own passport.

Where are we going?

In February we plan to ski at Lermoos with additional skiing available at nearby Ehrwald and Berwang and even the Zugspitze glacier if necessary. The April trip will return to Jugendgasthaus Weiderkehr in Wagrain and ski at Obertauern.
